We use this information to provide the report you requested, operate and secure our services, respond to your request, maintain consent records, and improve our services. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, to meet legal obligations, and to resolve disputes.
We provide report-request information to the client that operates the website, property page, or widget through which you submitted your request so that the client may provide the requested report and respond to your inquiry about the property. The client’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy practices.
When our widgets or APIs are used, we may process the address, latitude and longitude, search radius, configuration settings, public widget identifier, browser and device information, IP address, request time, and technical or diagnostic events needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. An address or location may be personal information when it can reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual.
Our services may provide data, scores, maps, forecasts, and summaries derived from public, licensed, client-supplied, or third-party sources.
